I didn’t notice Pandora puts broken product down as a “Customer Service Exchange”. In retail most often if there is multiple damaged sku’s or products they get marked under damaged. This is my second time returning this ring due to poor quality in 2 months but instead of pulling the product they kept selling me poor quality craftsmanship. See photo for details!!! Doing my warranty exchange then never purchasing from a Pandora again, not like they used be years ago 😢
My husband gets all my beads from here and always says Aiden is amazing! He loves the in store pickup option because he’s super busy with work, so being able to come in and have everything ready is such a huge bonus. Thank you, Aiden, for always helping my husband out!

Very rude customer service . Staff will rather be rude and yell in a tone like you are stealing something rather than explain something in a calm manner. Only the young gentleman was nice when we were there.
Went in today for a charm for my mom’s 80th birthday. The young lady behind the counter blew me away with her positive attitude and professionalism. She was a breath of fresh air that is lacking in the service industry today. She helped me pick the perfect charm, was patient and so upbeat!! If you are reading this Zeek, you are a superstar!!!!!
