If I can give 10 start I would. I came in the store to do an exchange because my grandmas gift was broken. They replace the bracelet on the spot. Thank you to the assistant manager Olena and the other 2 girls thank you for assisting me. Keep up the good customer service.
The store has moved from its original location down further by H&M. It took some time to get someone to help us, then the add-on sales approach was a bit too heavy but overall the staff was friendly, places is well-lit and easy to move around, and they seem to have a decent selection of charms
The staff are so unhelpful and rude. I will never go to this branch ever again.
