I went to buy a charm for my mum’s bracelet with one specific in mind, not knowing if it would be there. As I was looking I was helped by an employee named Alison, she was the sweetest. She right away found the charm I was looking for and we even had a nice and fun conversation. The process was quick and she wrapped it all up perfectly for me. This was my first time buying in Pandora and I loved it.

Terrible jewelry, can't take a shower can't go swimming with it. Turns black right away, then you go to clean it and giving them back the same. No excuse, don't buy it. Really feel like it bad materials that they use now.

Amazing experience, I went to this store about 30 minutes before closing time and they never rushed me. On the contrary, they were very patient and the person who helped us gave us advice and ideas for combining rings. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name, but the service was very good ( guy working today ). I really recommend this place
