I collect a charm from each country or city I visit. I was not greeted or asked if i needed assistance. I looked around the store, selected my charm, then asked for help. It was just short of a self-service transaction. I got what I came for, but thats all i can say about it.
Staff is so kind and helpful. My ring got broken and they exchanged it. I am happy for the service
It felt like the staff were more attentive to older customers and somewhat dismissive toward younger-looking ones. Of course, this was just my personal impression, but it made the overall experience less enjoyable. We also ended up waiting about 15 minutes, which added to the frustration.
