J’ai acheté un charm en boutique hier au centre Eaton, la vendeuse me demande si je souhaites recevoir le ticket de caisse par courriel, je réponds oui, à ma grande surprise je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma facture et je souhaites retourner l’article je ne trouves pas de ticket, comment faire dans ce cas ?
Incapable de parler a un associé, malgré le eye contact, préfère aller voir les clientes plus vieilles alors que je suis arrivé avant. Pourquoi avoir 2 employés quand le magasin est remplie proche du 14. Ce n'est pas un bon service.
