I went onto this location today and the manager and the young lady were both customer service on point . Both acknowledge me with smiles and wanted to know if I needed assistance . I had a bracelet that need to be clean and I had a broken bracelet . The bracelet means the world to me I bought 3 of them a while back it was a friend that beat breast cancer two times and survived so I bought for her ,me and her sister mine broke . Pretty poor customer service. I had checked online before going into store to confirm stock availability to exchange my bracelet size. When I got to the store they confirmed they had them in stock but then wasn’t able to locate any of that inventory. Pretty unorganized and unprofessional. Inaccurate inventory, waste of time.

I went to Pandora yesterday and the service was phenomenal. I felt very welcomed by the staff, especially Khadijah, who helped me choose a meaningful charm bracelet and charms for my niece.

Today we went to buy bracelet but staff was so inactive. They were three and didn’t even made eye contact with us. We waited for almost half an hour no one said anything to us. So we came back from the store with disappointment. Unfriendly staff with zero customer service.
