I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Pandora store in Erin Mills Parkway Mall today. I came in after finding an item online and wanted to see it in person and explore similar options. Although the store was a bit busy, I was patient and understanding and waited my turn. There was only one customer ahead of me, yet multiple times I was ignored while staff assisted customers who arrived after me.
