Betty at the Pandora store in Erin mills mall provided an absolutely wonderful experience. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Pandora store in Erin Mills Parkway Mall today. I came in after finding an item online and wanted to see it in person and explore similar options. Although the store was a bit busy, I was patient and understanding and waited my turn. There was only one customer ahead of me, yet multiple times I was ignored while staff assisted customers who arrived after me. Great experience.
I went to the Pandora store at Erin Mills Mall in Mississauga, and honestly, I was shocked! They put my purchase in a very cheap-looking, plain box. When I asked for a better box, I was surprised to hear that I had to pay $7 extra for it. What kind of jewelry store does that? Very disappointing experience.
