older lady who works there and has worked there since i would have been 15 is extremely rude to adults but clearly not teenagers as my experience with her years ago was a lot different. bitter old woman she is.

Went into Cockburn Gateways Pandora today to do some of my Christmas shopping, and although was busy (as expected) the girls were so lovely. Special thanks to Layla for her wonderful customer service, was so nice and friendly!! Makes your shopping experience so much better when you get served by girls like you :)
Went in today with my daughter and can honestly say I have never had such attentive service from anyone like that given by Jen. What a fantastic member of staff who has an incredible knowledge of the Pandora range.
