Most of the receptionists dont care about the patients anymore. The doctors and nurses are still great, but besides one or two receptionists, they just dont care. Ive been hung up on, had rude interactions, and been disregarded. Tried to get appts for two months and couldnt get in. When i did finally get in, i ended up having bronchitis pretty severely. Dr. Criblez is awesome!! All the staff are friendly and caring. I highly recommend Pandora Family Physicians🤩🤩🤩🤩
No one "likes" going to the doctor, but this Group has down-to-earth style and good basic care. Everyone is relaxed in their position and willing to help their patients. Very fortunate to doctor here.
