Dr Mccoullough had been my go to Doc for 40 years but as he's gradually retiring My wife and I started seeing Jill Horner and Kim Lee. They happen to be sisters and they are both exceptional, very thorough , and while we will miss Steve, we are in good hands with Jill and Kim.
Most of the receptionists dont care about the patients anymore. The doctors and nurses are still great, but besides one or two receptionists, they just dont care. Ive been hung up on, had rude interactions, and been disregarded. Tried to get appts for two months and couldnt get in. When i did finally get in, i ended up having bronchitis pretty severely.
