Really disappointed with their customer service. I sent my rings for service yesterday(24/11) and the lady told me can pick up on 25/11 after they open. I came around 1:15pm and they were really busy with new coming customers. And kept asking me to be patience. About 15 mins waiting, they told me it’s not been cleaned yet!!!
