We booked this venue for our quinceanera, And the owner, Rocio Nuñez or Rocio Conti (she goes by both names) totally scammed us! We have given her approximately $4500. She won’t call anybody or text anybody back and the venue is no longer in service. Whatever you do do not send her any more money or book with her ever.
As someone who works in the event industry, I strongly advise against using this venue. I attended a party here and was deeply disappointed by the lack of service provided. The party started on a rainy day, and around 6:30 pm, the roof began leaking. Despite the issue, no solution was offered until later in the night. Three buckets were used to catch the water, but my table and the two surrounding tables were soaked. I inquired for rental rate. She text $100/hr. Then my wife called and she was quoted $2,500 for 5hrs. Then the quote changed to $4,500, then $6,500. I asked for the original quote she gave. All of a sudden the date is no longer available. I asked for December, and she said the venue is close for the whole month. Wow! Watch out!
