This visit started off great and very promising. I wanted to get a Detroit Charm since this is my first time in the city and was interested in adding a third “stopper” charm to my bracelet. Instead, the Team Member suggested, I rearrange my stoppers to use the two that I already have in my bracelet and save money. We arranged one stopper, and she helped me get it back on. My engagement ring was very pretty and elegant until I had to get a diamond replaced which was ok, still loved it but now I’m missing two diamonds within 3 months of getting it fixed. I take it off for literally everything. This is tiring go back and forth to fix it. I wish I could get a refund, this is ridiculous
