Never again. I purchased a bracelet from Tribeca Diamonds a few days before my birthday in July 2025. Recently, it started unraveling, breaking in multiple places. I took it in today (May 2, 2026) to have it repaired and was told they no "longer repair that kind of bracelet because they break easily. We no longer sell that". After a back and forth exchange, she offered no further assistance or resolution. I will NEVER do business with them EVER again.
