My sister and I went by the store and had an amazing experience. I have some trouble with bracelet clasps and two of the sales people helped me find something I could easily get oppened and closed. They even took a second to teach me different techniques to get my bracelet on and off myself. We loved every second of our experience and are excited to go back for more. We worked with Haley and loved every bit of our interaction! 10/10 would recommend!

this is so upsetting, especially when you drive a distance for this. They should consider putting this online or even emailing customers or even have a few hours where they allow people to get help.

Love this place the staff is so friendly and extremely helpful!!! Beautiful jewelry, clean store, and decent prices if you or someone you know is a "Pandora Person" this would be my store choice.....I drive over an hour for this particular store, like I said previously the staff there is the best
