I was just married in March. Ordered three charms for my wife commemorating my first year as a married couple at Christmas. The package said it was delivered by UPS. It wasn’t. When I contacted pandora and made them aware of the issue. They told me there wasn’t anything that they could do and we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items. Will not spend anymore money with them if this is their answers to my $160 of missing charms. Terrible service.
