Couldn't help process a return. Sent me further to another store. My thing is, if I got it in Florida would you send me away too? Or would you make an attempt to help. Smh. Went to the short pump location and easy return. No "diamond testing" or certificate needed. Must need some training at this location. Very unhappy with the service. But it started with one employee obviously not wanting to conduct the transaction.
Went to purchase a gift and store hours say 12-6pm. I have been waiting for 20 mins since 1:20 to see if they would open. No one is there to attend. No signs on window indicating otherwise
