The assistant store manager Cynthia S. helped me out and she was the sweetest ever. I have never got such a great feeling after purchasing something. She made sure I got what I wanted and she even had amazing recommendations. We had an amazing chat and I would go back here again just for her.
Very bad experience at pandora the other day. There was a woman who was apparently manager but did not have customer service skills. I called the store multiple times about cleaning firstly no one picked up the phone . It’s not like they were busy there seemed to be no one at store when I went there and I was calling for 2-3 days back to back no one picked up any calls and that frustrated me.
