Very disappointing experience at this Pandora location. I visited the store to have my Pandora jewelry cleaned and was told that they could not provide the service. What made the experience even more frustrating was the attitude of the manager, who was rude and dismissive when I politely asked about it. After leaving, I visited another Pandora location and was informed that complimentary jewelry cleaning is offered and should be available across Pandora locations. I made a purchase today Jun 14 for 170 $ at square one mall the salesperson sameeha was very rude. She Never paid any attention. She was eager to attend another customer saying she needed to cash out somebody else who never even purchased. 0 customer service. I think you need to give proper training to your staffs on how to treat customers. Very disappointed I will never return to this store again

May visit Pandora again, but definitely not this location. Came in for a straightforward return and was met with a manager who seemed more focused on pushing other products than actually helping. Customer service was noticeably lacking, especially from someone in a leadership role
