I brought in some old Pandora jewellery I recently found. I wasn’t sure if it could be cleaned, but decided to come in and give it a try. Dua did an amazing job bringing it back to life and was so kind and helpful.
Very disappointing experience at Pandora. We visited once, but the staff member was busy talking with other customers, so we left thinking she was busy and decided to come back later. When we returned after an hour, she was still talking with the same customers and completely ignored us. It honestly felt like she was more interested in serving the male customers than acknowledging us. We eventually left again. Everyone’s time is valuable, and we felt completely ignored by her. Very poor customer service.
I always shop from this Pandora . The customer service of Amelia the supervisor was phenomenal 👏!! She's good listener and very Humble. Thankyou Pandora for having her .
The worst customer service from all the Pandora locations I’ve ever been to. Super dismissive.
