I want to give a huge shout out to the Sales Staff at this store. My experience was very positive. One of my closest girlfriend turned 65 years old. I wanted to give her a special gift, a Pandora bracelet. I went into the store, it was during Boxing week sale. They were having a 50 percent sale on all of their merchandise. Elizabeth was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us. She was really good and had an amazing customer service.
I visited the Pandora store during the Boxing Week sale and had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member, possibly the manager, who was wearing glasses. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional. After deciding not to purchase a ring, I placed it back in the ring box and was leaving the store when she loudly called out to me, saying, “Excuse me, where’s the ring?” This was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful, as it felt like I was being accused of stealing in front of other customers. Sanjana was really nice, patient, caring and gave me and my friends great service as we were giving her issues due to us not knowing what to get. After an hour of having to deal with us we were all able to make up our minds and get what we needed. Really thankful for her service and time
