Went to Guildford Pandora was originally helped by Muhammed fantastic sals rep very pleasant to deal with. Went back on (family day) wanted to get a charm took back my original purchase so I can add a charm NOOR helped me Holly crap was she nice, pleasant and SUPER FRIENDLY, she returned my purchase and helped me re-purchase it with a charm. I want to give a huge shout out to the Sales Staff at this store. My experience was very positive. One of my closest girlfriend turned 65 years old. I wanted to give her a special gift, a Pandora bracelet. I went into the store, it was during Boxing week sale. They were having a 50 percent sale on all of their merchandise.
