I would give them the least star than one if possible. The staff dont know how to speak. I stood there for like 5 minutes they were doing nothing. Ther were chit chatting. They should learn customer service and the way to speak specially.
The experience in pandora store was amazing. Miss sonia deal with us so kindly and politely. Loved her customer service.
This pandora is the worst! I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and not only have their charm bracelet but also 5 rings! I am a loyal customer but no longer to this location. I live 10 mins away so this location was convenient; but no longer will I come here, rather go to the 40mins away locations. I went to Pandora (Guildford Branch) with my mother and I am very happy to say it was a 11/10 experience. We had this Sales Associate named Jeelan Mansura, helping us throughout the whole time giving us relevant information about each piece we looked at, answering our questions and maintaining a warm, friendly and positive attitude the whole time. We went to Pandora 2 times and in both of the times he was the one to help us maintain the same positive attitude the whole time. Definitely recommend.
