I had a very disappointing experience at the Pandora store in Guildford around 7 pm on Saturday September 27/2025 ,From the moment I entered, I felt disrespected and discriminated against by Elizabeth (sales associate). She did not greet me or make me feel welcome. When I asked to exchange my necklace for a longer one, she repeatedly said she couldn’t understand me, even though I explained myself clearly four times in English. I visited the Pandora Guildford location on September 23rd around 8 pm and was warmly greeted by Natallie with a big friendly smile. She was so helpful and patient in guiding me to choose exactly what I wanted, and I left with a beautiful chain necklace. I usually shop at this location but haven’t had such a great experience before—yesterday was truly different thanks to Natallie. She made my visit wonderful, and I really appreciate her excellent customer service!
You've got to ask for Lauren when you are looking for your next jewelry piece. She is truly awesome, 5 star experience for sure. She helped me and my daughter find exactly what we needed. Very knowledgeable and knows what to recommend. I will definitely be back!
