I normally don’t leave reviews but I had such a horrible customer service experience where the associate was rude, condensing and then gave me incorrect information. I had purchased 4 rings and noticed they were the wrong size and went in to return. There was 3 associates who were talking amongst themselves and were busy trying on a Charm bracelets. Made purchase at Pandora GTC. Jewellry mint condition boxed brand new. Returned next day in same store for full hassle free refund as I decided to make a purchase elsewhere. Manager was super nice, friendly and looked at the jewellry as expected. The jewellry was in store quality condtion as unworn boxed. She didnt scrutinize as it was obvious plus I had the receipt.
