Improve customer service in regards to payment process. Wait time’s should not be over 30 minute wait especially on a certain day. Planing should be made ahead of event date. Take some keys notes from Vaughan Mills Pandora who have payment machine at time of picking out items!

I came in to buy a charm for my mom on Mother’s Day, and it was a very busy day but I was extremely impressed with Reem’s lovely service. She was very keen on helping me out despite how busy that day was, and she suggested a very pretty charm that’s sentimental for my mom.
