GAYS! DONT GO HERE. The lady who helped me and my girlfriend was rude. She kept giving us dirty looks, and specifically was annoyed that we needed to get our ring size measured. We were in the store for under 25 minutes, and she was rushing us to pick a ring, and we noticed she was snapping at us when we told her that the rings we were looking for were promise rings. I’m never coming back to this location. The lead sales manager, Anastasia, was incredibly rude and condescending from the moment I asked to exchange a ring. I was immediately hit with attitude and told she “wasn’t going to take it back” because I had “clearly used it,” without even trying to help or listen. No apology. No basic manners. Very poor customer service. Despite being the first time purchaser, I waited a long time for assistance, and the consultant was unwelcoming and unhelpful, which resulted in me ordering the wrong bracelet size online based on her advice. How can I now to be happy and enjoy the ordered products now? Very disappointing…
If enthusiasm were a requirement for being a store manager, this location would be severely understaffed. The boredom and attitude on display were almost impressive in their consistency.
