I went there today to pick up my order around 5:54 PM and didn’t realize they were about to close. It was my first time visiting Pandora. As soon as I came in, Kari greeted me warmly and helped me with my order right away. She was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and understanding. Kari and the other ladies carefully prepared my order and arranged everything so beautifully despite it being close to closing time. Emily M was my wonderful SA. She graciously helped me from the moment I stepped in the store. As a male collector, she was so nice and thoughtful. I highly recommend her as your go to Pandora SA. Also want to commend all the managers who also helped me find one remaining 14k gold charm on Friday evening even when store was packed with customers. Emily M, helped with some exchanges so kindly. Anastasiia was so sweet. Best costumer service. Thank you to her & her associate. I was missing two stones from my ring and they helped me at three separate times in the same day to find my transaction history, complete an exchange and to set up an account. We normally go to the Square one location, however definitely be solely shopping this location due to them both.
