Amazing staff very helpful went extra mile to get me everything I needed
I was hardcore Pandora customer and bought a lot. I visited WEM pandora and asked them to wash my cute charms and bracelet since i was promised free wash during my purchase. This business is crook and liar. One day i went to ask for free wash, the staff told me that the machine broken and i should come next week. I visited the store after a month and ask for wash, the same middle age philippine lady told be that the machine is broke down again. I don't believe she was truthful. Ladan was so damn funny and so personable, such a fun experience getting my first necklace/earring set!! I went in for just a look, but she sold me with her charm!! I would definitely come back and ask for her help again :) I’ll also be going to swim lessons now so I can come back for that pearl necklace she was showing me so I can become one with the ocean THANK YOU LADAN <3
