I visited the Pandora store at WEM today and had such a great experience with Nayda. My bracelet had broken, and she kindly exchanged it for me without any hassle. She was super friendly, funny, and made the whole process really enjoyable. She even cleaned my bracelet for free, which I really appreciated. Amazing customer service
