I came in here today and had the most lovely experience. There were a lot of people there and only two girls working but they managed it amazingly well. I was here to get one of the engraved necklaces for my mom for Mother’s Day and spent quite a long time drawing it but the lovely woman who helped me, Viktoriia was so patient and kind. Wish I got the name of the staff on today (11/20/24). They were both amazing. I’ve shopped with Pandora before, a few different locations and the employee and his colleague who were working today were amazing. Was greeted right away, helped with great detail and suggestion. Very friendly and professional demeanor from both of them. He helped me pick the perfect two charms for my mom and sister to kick off my holiday shopping for the season.
