I had really terrible experience in the Pandora Bayshore , store representatives were showing 0 interest in selling the jewelry I bought 2 right which I regret bcoz while packing the rings the girls sales associate of the store I do not know the name was kept telling me they do not have sizes and the articles I wanted to buy more but they did not show me the bracelets while handling the bags she was rolling her eyes I always had best experience from Pandora shopping except 11/18 I will never to go to buy again from Pandora b... read more
Horrible!! Customer service is bad and they don’t know how to talk to people nicely. Applied here and was scheduled in for an interview for me to get there and they acted like they didn’t know what was going on. (By the way I received an interview reminder like 30min before) They didn’t look to care at all. If could give 0 stars I would!!!
Male associate I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. Provided information that does not match up with Pandora store policy found online. Overall this was a terrible experience, and the jewelry seems very cheaply made. I will be taking my business to a "real" jewelery shop, and not this Temu version that's cosplaying as one. Only rated two-stars because nobody takes one-star ratings seriously.

Have always had amazing customer service at this location with Janet. She is super friendly and always takes the time needed to answer any questions that I have about pieces that I am looking to purchase.
