Natasha was patient and awesome with helping me pick my wedding ring. I have a custom engagement ring and it was difficult finding a wedding band, but surprisingly found it a Pandora!

Had a very pleasant experience with Cristabel doing a ring exchange at this location. Friendly, knowledgeable, personable customer service. Will definitely be back to buy from this location the next time I am looking for a charm :)

Such a bad customer service bought earing as a gift for my friend but she doesn’t like it brought it back to return it but the lady keeps laying that i wore these and we can not accept it and the other employe said we can clean it and exchange it but not return it they dont want to give me the money back

I visited this Pandora expecting a welcoming experience, but unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff came across as dismissive and condescending, which was surprising given the brand’s mid-tier market position. It felt like they were carrying an air of superiority that simply didn’t match the product quality or the shopping environment.
