I was at the store today bought stuff the girl who was dealing with me Firuza was very nice helping me she when and clean my charms inside and told me to look earrings from another tray I was looking but the guy Kevin behaved really bad and rude with me. He seems so bad and gave very bad customer service I this is my last purchase from here. Kevin needs to know how to deal with customers

My experience at this location was amazing. I was greeted very quickly by the manager (I believe his name was Kevin) and I was quickly helped by another very friendly sales associate. She helped me decide on which charms to get and offered her opinion but never pushed anything onto me. The experience was so good that I ended up coming back that same day to buy two more things! The sales associate was also amazing the second time around and overall the store is wonderful with incredibly friendly staff!
It seems my review was removed, and Pandora wants to silence me. So I will re-upload it here: came in with my partnet to buy a charm, and there happened to be another two couples at the same time. one of the staff helped an older couple, while another staff, a lady with short hair, helped us and the other couple find charms. this lady was extremely rude; she made us feel extremely uncomfortable and when she had to bend down for a second and we were trying to pick charms, she asked the other staff to "keep an eye on us."
