the gift card purchased here was not activated properly. I placed an order during September's free bracelet promo using it and someone else's card for the remaining portion ($30 or so). after the checkout though it only showed the credit card. upon checking their bank it seems it fully got charged to the card. when I contacted via chat. the chat agent tried to steal the gift card and depleted the money I had just checked prior to the chat. after letting them know that I could download the transcript they put it back but it s... read more
Stephanie is an amazing help! She helped my mom and I pick a necklace and earrings set for my daughter’s 18th birthday and she was so helpful and listened to, and asked probing questions to help us select the perfect jewelry for her style and she loved it! While her co-worker Skylar didn’t serve us she was also super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend shopping at this store!
They don’t clean your rings. Ann Louis and peoples jewellers clean it anytime.
I would of bought a charm at the pandora at iron cross mall but the manager hovered over us and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Went to Banff … great service. Ended up buying a Banff bracelet and a charm because we felt welcomed and comfortable. Her loss!
