I had ordered a charm bracelet for my girlfriend to wear for our friend’s wedding and it wasn’t the size she wanted for dangling charms. We went in and the staff was extremely understanding and helped us exchange it for the right size she wanted. Since it was an online order, I would have had to ship it back but it wouldn’t have arrived in time for the wedding. The staff exchanged it right there and then and gave my girlfriend some really good tips about how to put it on since she’s never owned a charm bracelet. 10/10 servic... read more

I’ve never even wrote a review ever so this is how you know it’s good!! Lily was so amazing!! She deserves a gooood raise! She made my experience so quick, easy and fun. I highly recommend asking for her! She should be the poster child for the ideal retail employee. She was the best. The only downside was that I called the store like 4 times in 3 days to ask a question and nobody answered but it’s fine I’m not mad about it because if Lily was there she probably would’ve answered the phone because she’s best employee ever.
