I had ordered a charm bracelet for my girlfriend to wear for our friend’s wedding and it wasn’t the size she wanted for dangling charms. We went in and the staff was extremely understanding and helped us exchange it for the right size she wanted. Since it was an online order, I would have had to ship it back but it wouldn’t have arrived in time for the wedding. I’ve never even wrote a review ever so this is how you know it’s good!! Lily was so amazing!! She deserves a gooood raise! She made my experience so quick, easy and fun. I highly recommend asking for her! She should be the poster child for the ideal retail employee. She was the best. The only downside was that I called the store like 4 times in 3 days to ask a question and nobody answered but it’s fine I’m not mad about it because if Lily was there she probably would’ve answered the phone because she’s best employee ever.

One of the worst retail buying experiences in my life. I really wanted to get something special for my wife. No one greeted me no one asked me if I needed anything. I wanted to get some things engraved they told me that they don't use the engraving machine after 7:00 and it was literally 7:03. After I had waited over 15 minutes for someone to even help me. They made me feel like a second-class citizen. Horrible customer service. I will never go here again or recommend their brand.
