First time at Pandora. The jewelry? Gorgeous. No complaints there. The customer service? Trash. There was a Caucasian girl who clearly only wanted to help other Caucasian customers and ignored everyone else. Another employee acted like being at work was a personal inconvenience and actually suggested I go to JCPenney if I wanted cheaper gold-plated jewelry. WOW. Just WOW. I have never experienced such a warm and friendly sales associate before I met Alexandra. Not only did she help me find the PERFECT piece but she then sat with me and made sure I was confident in my purchase before just deciding. It was for a gift for my friend and I haveAlex was confident, efficient and extremely helpful and friendly in our entire exchange. I will be coming back to her and only her for future jewelry purchases !!
I have noticed considerable changes in the workers. What happened to the store manager who was there before (I think Marjorie and the blond manager) They were there since the store opened and were always outstanding, whereas the current manager looks frazzled and seems unenthusiastic about engaging with black people. Why Pandora, why? Send more stuff to The Source, I will shop there from now on.
