One of the worst retail buying experiences in my life. I really wanted to get something special for my wife. No one greeted me no one asked me if I needed anything. I wanted to get some things engraved they told me that they don't use the engraving machine after 7:00 and it was literally 7:03. After I had waited over 15 minutes for someone to even help me. They made me feel like a second-class citizen. Horrible customer service. I will never go here again or recommend their brand.
My daughter, niece and I went recently for their bracelets. Spent close over $500. Not a huge selection but did what we needed.
