Went and visited the pandora store today and let me tell you the women in there were so sweet and so kind but one stood out and was the best (seriously this girl needs a raise). Kai was incredible. She was soooo kind and jokingly asked “do you want me to put a spending limit because I will do that for you” after I came back a second time to buy more. She seriously is the sweetest and hope to see her when I visit again!

Worst store in the mall, worst pandora literally ever. Took talking to 10 idiots to finally get my bracelet replaced. Obviously having a brain isn't a requirement to get hired here.

Haley, Alex, Heidi were the best they helped me with my issue when customer support wouldnt. Absolutely recommend seeing them and they will make sure to take care of you!

This store has gone down hill with costumer service. My experience with Alexandra was awful she was unwelcoming with a sour attitude. She was absolutely no help and just sent me off to costumer service. Why did the store out in buffalo replace my bracelet for me when she could have just done that? Its almost like she didnt want to help on purpose because i never had any issues with past experience and past employees. I have noticed considerable changes in the workers. What happened to all of the original managers? They were there since the store opened and were always outstanding, whereas the current manager looks frazzled and seems unenthusiastic about engaging with black people and has no knowledge of the product. The service is terrible, the store is a mess and I will never shop in this location again.
