I stopped in during the busy Valentine’s Day weekend and had an amazing experience with Laura. Despite how packed the store was, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and happy to show me everything I asked about. I originally came in for just one bead but ended up leaving with a ring and matching earrings thanks to her excellent service. I truly appreciated her kindness and attention. I’ll definitely be looking for Laura on my next visit, and I highly recommend you do the same.
Horrible customer service from the manager Sarah at Pandora in South park mall. She was so rude and snobby for no reason. My boyfriend had got me a ring for Valentine’s day and it didn’t fit. They told him he had 30 days to bring it back so we went a few days later. The ring was only worn for a few minutes because it did not fit me. I went in for a ring and the associates were so helpful when it came to what designs and style I wanted. They didn’t push or force me to buy anything, they let me make my own decision on which style I preferred. The manager was also so kind and respectful to her associates. She treated them all equally. It was a very pleasant experience
The manager Sarah has cheated me out of my purchase. I bought a ring online. I went to change the size and she gave me a used ring. I went to have it changed and he told me no, it wasn’t his problem. He told the ladies not to help me. Why I wanted to make a complaint to her. In addition, the ring has a warranty in case it is defective, which it is. I want to know where to complain to this lady.
