I went in for a ring and the associates were so helpful when it came to what designs and style I wanted. They didn’t push or force me to buy anything, they let me make my own decision on which style I preferred. The manager was also so kind and respectful to her associates. She treated them all equally. It was a very pleasant experience
The manager Sarah has cheated me out of my purchase. I bought a ring online. I went to change the size and she gave me a used ring. I went to have it changed and he told me no, it wasn’t his problem. He told the ladies not to help me. Why I wanted to make a complaint to her. In addition, the ring has a warranty in case it is defective, which it is. I want to know where to complain to this lady.

very disappointed with their lack of assistance. I placed an order and my sister was at the mall so I asked her to pick it up. I gave her all the information. the confirmation and everything and they refused to give it to her. And nobody is answering the phone, it goes straight to voicemail. Extremely upset.
Laura helped both myself and a friend out and was very patient and able to give us feedback and answer any and all our questions. Would recommend! :)
