I just visited the store about 15 minutes ago. I came from another Pandora that did not have the item I needed. I walked in with my partner and was not greeted by any of the employees on the floor. After being in there and looking around, another couple walked into the store and was immediately greeted and assisted. At this point I asked to speak to the manager due to the poor customer services and was told they were on lunch for another 30 minutes. I will not be returning to purchase the ring after my experience.
Pandora is my go to for my everyday jewelry needs for myself or my gifts. I visited the Pinecrest location on 7/5/2025 and received EXCELLENT service. I walked in looking for a ring and walked out with not only one ring but three and a charm. It was not the up-sale, it was their patience and knowledge that sold me to purchase more. I purchased the Little Mermaid ring at the beginning on this month and I came in last week to exchange it because it was 1/2 size too big. I knew going in to the store that they did not have that ring in stock, but according to their policy I could exchange it for a different ring within 30 days of the purchase. I explained to the employee that I had the ring for 8 days and had only worn it for 20 minutes at work when it felt like it was about to fall off my finger so I took it off.
