I purchased the Little Mermaid ring at the beginning on this month and I came in last week to exchange it because it was 1/2 size too big. Lovely Charms. I made a bracelet with all meaningful charms. But I'm dissatisfied with the customer service. My account doesn't show my purchase history. It shows empty. Contacted the customer service but the problem is not resolved.
Great products and awesome customer service. But some of the charms turn black
