Do not buy anything from Pandora!!!!! I’ve been a loyal Pandora customer for over 10 years, but this was by far the worst in-store experience I’ve ever had. The store was empty with multiple associates available, yet I received MINIMAL assistance from the start. I was told to look at the display instead of being helped, even after explaining exactly what I was looking for. When I showed a reference, the associate briefly assisted me but showed NO EFFORT in creating a positive experience. I stopped in during the busy Valentine’s Day weekend and had an amazing experience with Laura. Despite how packed the store was, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and happy to show me everything I asked about. I originally came in for just one bead but ended up leaving with a ring and matching earrings thanks to her excellent service. I truly appreciated her kindness and attention. I’ll definitely be looking for Laura on my next visit, and I highly recommend you do the same.
