very disappointed with their lack of assistance. I placed an order and my sister was at the mall so I asked her to pick it up. I gave her all the information. the confirmation and everything and they refused to give it to her. And nobody is answering the phone, it goes straight to voicemail. Extremely upset.
Laura helped both myself and a friend out and was very patient and able to give us feedback and answer any and all our questions. Would recommend! :)
Overall a great experience, my friend and I are definitely indecisive when it comes to jewelry so it takes us a while to find what we like. However our rep, Laura, was extremely patient with our multiple questions and our indecisiveness. I would look for her when shopping there
