My first time experience with thus Pandora location was definitely a good experience!🙂 I easily ordered my items for purchase online and when it was ready for pick up, I got a follow up email notification. The staff here are friendly, attentive and professional. My order was waiting all put together in a gift box 🎁 I must say that it's very nice having a great experience with a brick & mortar retailer. I wished I checked the reviews before going to this place. I went for a basic cleaning and the dentist came and said the didn't need a cleaning but needed crowns and a deep clean. I explained that I had a deep clean earlier in the year but instead they told me I needed all this additional work which the insurance didn't cover. Thousand plus dollars and they immediately wanted to schedule an appointment. Really

I have read several reviews on this store and all have the same reaction so I am not surprise that my Granddaughter just had a similar experience. I sent her a Birthstone ring for her Birthday.. it was too big so she took it to the store to exchange for size.. and was treated rudely by the immature staff. It was not thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and only wanted a ring that fit... I will be contacting the store owner and Pandora to let them know how these employee's are treating there customers

The review above is a poor/bitter review. This customer had bought and exchanged over thousands of dollars of merchandise. Every store in the area selling pandora was having the same problem and she was put on high alert by multiple stores (not just Louisville and Lexington). Almost every store, even walmart, has an exchange limit and she simply exceeded hers.

If u notice only white people work in his stores the owner acts rude to black people and the children that work in the stores are rude to black people don't try to exchange an item especially if it cost over 300 hundred dollars he'll start making what I feel like racist remarks like u only was able to afford the item because of your income tax or he'll take your money and if u come back to exchange the item he'll say he's not able to he doesn't abide by the pandora return policy sick owner sick workers stop racial profiling ... read more

The manager and girl that worked there on the evening of 8/22/13, were both stuck up and would not take a return with a receipt because it was from another store. The 1 girl lied and said both charms looked worn. They were rude enough that I was inspired to write my first review.

Rude to black people terrible customer service poorly trained adolescents have no respect for themselves or the customers the owner is just as rude and acts like a child how ignorant can u be to allow children to run your stores both locations the one in Louisville st Matthews mall also in the Lexington mall ignorant beings!!!!
