I was so excited to come in here ( I shop at pandora fairly often) and this location looked beautiful. From the moment I walked in, one of the associates seemed available so I said excuse me , and started asking a question. She seemed like she didn’t hear me so I tried again. She got an attitude with me and said when someone was available they’d help me. She then proceeded to help someone else, which I was unaware she was busy, since she wasn’t doing anything at the time. My wife bought a bracelet from Pandora, and it broke after only six months. We took it back to the store, expecting they would honor the one-year warranty. Instead, we were told they couldn’t exchange it, couldn’t refund it, and couldn’t do anything to help. It’s very disappointing when a product fails so quickly and the warranty doesn’t seem to provide any real support. We expected much better customer service from a well-known brand.
Went there looking for this stunning charm ans found it. Excellent customer service
