I love Pandora. Great pieces for every occasion and then some. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the jewelry pieces. Theresa and all the associations are always very helpful.
I went to the Pandora in Somerset and I can not believe they just didn't care. I bought 3 bracelets. 3! I wanted them engraved. Well the first one was upside down and she tried to tell me oh no it can be flipped so it looks ok. I kept saying no, but she was like it does look ok. Then I got to the next one and it was too high on the bracelet. I was furious at this point. So then she offered to refund me for the engraving. I said you should refund me for both engravings. I’m been witting for more than 30 minutes to pick up my order this is ridiculous
Customer service doesn’t exist felt like they didn’t want to help all act like they are stuck up or feel as if they are on a higher pedestal prices are jacked up literally visited a pandora store at different location a hour before this one bright 4 charms and a bracelet same charms that were 15 and 20 at other location weee 98 dollars at this location will not return and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to shop at this location
Staff is extremely rude. Went in the store and asked about the link bracelet I saw online. She then proceeded to tell me to pull it up on my phone instead of just showing me the link bracelets in the store. I was trying to pull it up on my phone, by then she walked away to start talking to the other associates that were sitting there on their phones. I left and will not be returning to this store.
