Terrible customer service. I walk out to check on my kids and they told me to not walk in and out so many times If you don’t like your job stay home boo.
This Pandora location is okay, but it can be frustrating. The store is often packed, and the line gets long, making it hard to shop. With only one or two staff members on the floor, it feels rushed when you have questions or want to browse. The displays can also be misleading, prices are listed, but it’s unclear which items they refer to, so you have to ask. If you’re looking for more selection and better service, the Great Lakes Pandora is a better option.
Unfortunately, not a good experience for my first time at this particular location. I walked in with a simple inquiry about a piece of jewelry I had just received as a gift and immediately the associate was on defense and spoke to me with such attitude and hostility. I have a lot of jewelry from pandora and I feel the last time I came here to get my ring cleaned the employee was irritated I asked to get my ring cleaned and not buy something. Asking if I wanted a ring to stack, if I was looking for options to pair, and had to remind the employees twice I just wanted to simply stop in to get my ring cleaned. I was hoping to have a good birthday experience at this pandora location in Somerset and buy myself some thing and get a ring cleaned, but I was met with the rudest lady at the front who had the worst attitude so I left
