I have a lot of jewelry from pandora and I feel the last time I came here to get my ring cleaned the employee was irritated I asked to get my ring cleaned and not buy something. Asking if I wanted a ring to stack, if I was looking for options to pair, and had to remind the employees twice I just wanted to simply stop in to get my ring cleaned. I was hoping to have a good birthday experience at this pandora location in Somerset and buy myself some thing and get a ring cleaned, but I was met with the rudest lady at the front who had the worst attitude so I left
Not a good store to visit during the holidays. I waited over an hour just to buy a gift card and was told the associate Marie was only handling online orders. Last year, the 12 Oaks location had staff assisting customers in line with gift cards, which was much more efficient. I recommend going to 12 Oaks instead.
Every older lady in the store so rude all the younger ladies are nice though. There’s no reason why my defective ring cannot be returned in store with the receipt specifically says that you can return them, They tried telling me that I damaged it and I told them I bought it damaged That’s why the Diamond fell out.
