Associate was rude/dismissive to my wife, who wanted her jewelry cleaned. We were shopping for additional Pandora jewelry, but we're turned off at the way we were treated. Very unfortunate

I went into the store today, hoping to replace my celestial stars bangle bracelet that I got under a year ago at the now closed Pandora at Macy’s Oakland Mall. It recently came undone where the bangle and closure meet. I was told there is nothing they can do and suggested I go to Macy’s Fairlane Mall 20 Miles away to get assistance. I got home and looked up the Pandora warranty and it states ANY Pandora store for an equal exchange or a credit. So what’s the issue? Is this a Somerset thing?

I came in today for the Pandora 50% sale around 4:45 or 5:00 PM—well before closing time. As soon as I entered, the lady working with Jessica told me the store was closed. I stepped away for a bit and noticed they were still letting other customers in, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out. I went back to ask why I was turned away when others were being let in.
