Horrible jewelry
If I could rate zero stars, I would! Today was my second time stopping in at this location. Both times were equally disappointing. I like to give a place a fair shake which is why I tried again today. However, never again. When I walked in the store nobody greeted me or said so much as a word to me. I’ll never go here again I spent over $700 dollars here in December for my daughters . 3 months later one of my daughters necklaces broke not only did it break but not even a week after wearing the necklaces they started turning colors really bad took it back to the store with the receipt and they told me it was nothing they could do because it wasn’t under warranty so disappointing and they all was so rude to the point. I’ll never spend another penny on nothing pandora makes again . I do not recommend this store at all
Over a half hour waiting so far to make a return and still haven't been helped. No wonder everyone orders online.
They were very busy during my visit, but had a process in place that helped them wait on customers seamlessly. Very friendly staff as well.
