While i was there just to buy a charm clip for my bracelet. The girl helping me out was very miserable, didn’t give advice just pulled the trays out and looked away. Went back the same day because it wouldn’t clip onto my bracelet, asked the same employee why it won’t clip, so she tried and when she took my bracelet off she wasn’t careful with it at all, she let all my charms fall on the floor and didn’t say a thing or care. Very disappointed in my experience here.
Megan was an absolute doll helping me choose my first pandora bracelet!!! I went with a bracelet I originally didn’t LOVE, my fault totally. She was supper accommodating, she took the time to share her honest opinions and walk me through all my options. I felt supported throughout my decision. Amazing customer service!!
I went into the store today and was helped by a woman named Azara (I hope I’m spelling that right!). She was super helpful, had amazing energy, and made the whole experience so easy. She helped me design the perfect gift for my sister’s birthday and made sure every detail was right. She was very kind, patient, and easy to be around. Thank you for the amazing service! I really appreciate it!
I genuinely DESPISE giving negative reviews but the customer service at this location is atrocious. What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with sale associates here. I don’t mind waiting to be helped, that is fine and completely understandable especially given the time of year we are in. But once I was served, the sale associate that was “helping” me was completely disinterested in me and seemed very annoyed with me when I asked to look at charms. To say that Madelyn W. was absolutely incredible! During a super busy time she was so patient with us as we tried to pick out birthstone for necklace! This employee deserves a raise and promotion, her level of customer service is exemplary!
