I have been fortunate enough to have dealt with Pandora staff “Soraia” who is extremely knowledgeable, wonderfully helpful, friendly, kind and has always gone over and above with customer service. Yes and much laughter together with my lack of technical abilities. My husband bought me a ring here For our anniversary And he said that the staff were super nice. 9/10 service, could’ve been a little quicker but we’re all human.
I’m writing this review to express my experience with a recent visit on May 24th. Unlike other Pandora stores, here employees have zero or no interest in serving customers. The rep showed no interest in helping us. She kept on doing her chores and we were watching her to come to us and help. It’s not just one employee all of them did the same. I hate this store. They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. They authorized my return and now are refusing to give me my money back. I sent it back and have they sent me my money? No. I did my part Pandora. Now it's your turn to do yours. They have my ring. They have my $2000. I have nothing. At this point, this company has STOLEN from us. I have been on 10+ calls with different agents and no one is able to get ANYTHING done for me.
