Horrible experience. I wanted a certain bracelet and they didn’t have the right size in store. I asked if we can place the order in store and was told they can’t help with that. When I requested the bracelet size I wanted I was given inaccurate info. I placed the order online and got the wrong size because the unprofessional sale associate.
Went for exchange and PAULA was very helpful other-day!! She was so clear about what i was asking for and recommended me the perfect piece of earrings! 😊😊great costumer service 🥳
Customer service is always great, their engraving machine sadly wasn’t working today, and that’s what I originally went in for, not the sales associate fault. Ended up finding a nice mother / daughter ring duo
