Very disappointing customer service. Visited today with my mother to pick up an order, the sales lady Elise was blatantly rude because the order was shipped to the store instead of our home. Another sales associate set this up for her as we didn’t feel comfortable having an order sent to our home with nobody to receive it at any given delivery time. Nice staff and they had good sale going on
Went into Pandora today looking for a ring. A sweet girl named Jade was super helpful and so kind, she let me look through all the rings and was super patient well I was trying on and choosing one. Definitely will be coming back as I had a great experience.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Pandora. My friends went there to buy a gift for me, but they were treated badly by the staff. They felt uncomfortable and unwelcome because of the rude attitude and poor communication. A customer should feel respected and valued, especially when trying to purchase a gift. I hope the staff can improve their behavior and provide kinder service in the future.Highly not recommended.
A few days ago, two of my friends went to the Pandora store in Lime Ridge Mall and regretted it because of the treatment they received. They spent almost $300 and were really unhappy. The employee's attitude was very bad, and they received terrible service. My friends said they will never go there again and will not recommend the store to anyone.
