Went to this location to get a piece of jewellery for a gift for a family member, I was greeted by a girl named Elise. When I tell you this customer service was the worst service I 100% mean it. She was very rude, didn’t care to help me and every time I asked to see a piece of jewellery, she would sigh and make noises. She also made very racist comments regarding my darker skin colour. Went to the store to get help with my bracelet clasp and this assistant manager or sales rep or whatever she does there Elise. Is the most rude inconsiderate non helpful human I have ever seen. She needs to return to pandora customer service training 101. Let’s see how long pandora will last with this type of customer service.

I am quite disappointed with how my experience was at this location the other day. I went in with a few questions about my past pieces from pandora. I wanted to see how I could redesign one of my pandora bracelets with charms. I even had the desire to buy more charms that day… Off the bat the sales assistant did not seem interested in helping me with what I brought in.
