If I could give zero stars, I would. My mom's friend doesn't speak English, and instead of being patient or helpful, the blonde workers were shockingly rude and dismissive. They acted like assisting a Spanish-speaking customer was a hassle and made no effort to be respectful or accommodating. It's unacceptable for any business to treat people this way. If you don't speak perfect English, don't expect kindness here. Absolutely disgraceful service-avoid this place at all costs!
Sale associate was working at 20% battery at most. Lethargic response and stoic demeanor. Not really trying to show me things but luckily I knew what I wanted. The manager Melissa doesn’t seem to care but I hope corporate can take action and hire more energetic sales associates that I have been accustomed to many locations nationwide.
Horrible service and jewerly quality, I bought a rose gold ring for 100$ and starts to get scratch but they blame on my care and the manager point out that i can’t afford gold because it cost 400$ like so what ? What was the need to bring that subject up? I loyal costumer in pandora since years ago and this is the treatment?
