Genuinely wanted to cry in the middle of the store with the service I received today. The worker refused to even look me in the eye and acted like I was wasting her time. I was very polite and all I needed was an exchange, but she treated me like a subordinate piece of dirt from the get-go. Get workers with decorum, hospitality, and kindness, it makes the experience easier and 10x more enjoyable for both parties.
I’ve been to many Pandora stores over the years but this location has been the absolute worse due to their poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother interacting with these indolent people.
Izzy was so kind, patient and provided the highest level of customer service! This was my first time in the store and because of her, I will be a repeat customer! Seamless transaction and she gave the BEST recommendations! Thanks Izzy!
