If I could, I would give them a zero rating because I think their staff is very snobbish. Like some people who look down on others, on one occasion, I forgot to bring the receipt, and a girl impatiently said that she couldn't replace it for me. Very helpful staff they introduced themselves and asked our names too! I loved the customer service they worked within my Neice’s budget to get a gift for her Mom.

Genuinely wanted to cry in the middle of the store with the service I received today. The worker refused to even look me in the eye and acted like I was wasting her time. I was very polite and all I needed was an exchange, but she treated me like a subordinate piece of dirt from the get-go. Get workers with decorum, hospitality, and kindness, it makes the experience easier and 10x more enjoyable for both parties.

I’ve been to many Pandora stores over the years but this location has been the absolute worse due to their poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t even bother interacting with these indolent people.
