On Sunday at 1:17 PM, the store manager and employees were unwilling to assist me with an exchange. I had visited the store with the intention of exchanging my broken ring, which had been damaged by a staff member on a previous occasion while they were checking out the damaged item. Rude employees and managers pandora be better and look at all the reviews complaining. They are giving you guys a bad reputation. I will never be back to this location again. Waste of time even coming here
