Very rude, I went today to return my purchase that I made about 2 weeks ago and the lady said she couldn’t help me because the ring was “scratched” how is a ring that I bought “brand new” scratched?she then went on and said I can go to the Pandora in Mercedes to try and return it there but why am I gonna go and waist my gas just because she didn’t want to help me? Went to go pick up an order and the girl at the register (I think her name was Alexa) told me she would be right with me to help me but instead she left me waiting and went to back to get her stuff and leave the store. #bruh
