Went to go pick up an order and the girl at the register (I think her name was Alexa) told me she would be right with me to help me but instead she left me waiting and went to back to get her stuff and leave the store. #bruh
Worst customer service ever, you don’t feel welcome when you walk in to the store the employees there are rude, they even make faces you have to wait there with out them letting you know that they will help as soon as they are available , I was just doing a return and they didn’t returned it because supposedly the girl that was helping says that was already used and it wasn’t we had just received it on the weekend but we were out of town so I went 3 days later and she was saying and repeating I know when its used so we can’t... read more
