This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had! There was absolutely no understanding of your product range or what’s actually available. You’ve lost not just a customer for this store—but for your entire network. Hiring people with no motivation or knowledge is a recipe for disaster. And when I approached the assistant manager to express my concern, she simply ignored me. Unbelievable. Was told can clean my 2 bracelets but cannot leave the store by the lady who looked to be in charge..figured 🤦‍♀️ history somehow have a way to keep repeating itself! Now mind you the other worker not hearing offered the benches to sit while waiting she was super nice! I voiced my opinion to the first lady if we have to stay inside the store and not able to sit right outside the store then you need to have somewhere for Senors like me to sit!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is beyond rude. They blatantly ignore customers and act like helping someone is an inconvenience. Six employees yesterday and not a one could even greet us. Never again. I will drive farther to avoid this store. They seem to forget costumers are why they have a job and a paycheck not vice versa.
