Nice jewellery store with good service
Poor service - not in line with other stores ive been to. I live regionally so enjoy looking at the pieces in store when i get the chance. It was 430pm Monday perth CBD.. I had Pandora pieces to replace as they had broken. The lady serving was not helpful at all. She refused to replace the broken piece, as it was a gift and i had no reciept. Clearly a pandora piece. 2nd issue the wrap around bracelet has stretched over time and keep catching on things. Ive stopped wearing it as i dont want to risk losing the charms. The lady... read more
I've been in here 20 minutes and I'm still waiting for any of the attendants to speak to me. Service could use some improvement
