Dear Pandora, Thanks for the offer of a 1-800 number. Here is the issue: you have a couple of unprofessional and rude staff members in your store who talked, whispered and gawked at me while I was shopping and interacting with a friendly, professional staff member. My experience with Sales Associate Morgan was extremely nice. I had to pick out different gifts for my granddaughters Birthday and Graduation and Morgan made the decisions super easy. Morgan is an exceptional Salesperson and I can’t wait to see her again Thanks Morgan—-Kara
Love the jewelry but the store itself sucks, they let people come in and stand around for hours making others wait outside that just are there to pick up online orders, bad management, would be smart to have an online pick up to get those people through like everywhere else
Will not place store pickup again. I understand it’s a holiday. However, standing in line for 30 minutes. Then waiting an additional 20 minutes inside for the associate to locate the order was crazy and very unorganized. In the future I’ll have orders delivered. My time is valuable which is why I paid online. First experience purchasing Pandora jewelry not a good one.
After having bad service at the Dulles store, my husband was determined to show me the true Pandora experience. We were immediately helped and greeted with excitement! The bracelet that I had was to big. With Lylah's help, I picked out a bracelet that fit, and was educated on how to wear them. We also bought stoppers, which we never knew about.
