I went in to get my girls jewelry cleaned. I asked the lady in the front can I please get her ring cleaned. She said are you looking to buy something today. I said well I’m going to look around. She turned around and looked at her co-worker and they both rolled thier eyes and I just let it go because I work in retail and I immediately knew what kind of personality they have. Disgusted at the customer service at this location. I bought my sister in law a ring as one of her Christmas gifts and she went in today to exchange since the size was too big. From the moment she went inside this location, the employees’ customer service was vile. A very rude manager and overall a bad experience at this location.
Today I went in trying to exchange a ring that I had received for Christmas as a gift. The ring was unfortunately too big but loved it so much so I just wanted a smaller size. Upon arrival there was no one standing at the door so I was standing waiting for someone to be available. Beware the store manager at Oakbrook location named “Bianca “ very rude and unprofessional. Pandora needs to do better at hiring people. Being a customer to this company for the last 6 years me and my extended family will never shop again. Bianca needs better training. Do better
