I love Pandora Oakbrook, the girls were so welcoming and hold great conversations. Both girls who attended me worked so hard to ensure I got everything I needed. Will be coming back for sure.
Would highly recommend Pandora. Nelly took such great care of me taking into consideration all the tiny details and my daughter ended up LOVING her necklace. Thank you so much for making this thoughtful.
Frustrating I just went to return an item. There was no help at all, 2 ladies were with customers, another 2 ones chatting each other I believe by the check out area. After 15 minutes just wondering around; one of the chatting ladies came towards couple people asking for their names for the waiting list . They have no idea how customer service works. Returning may take 5 minutes and can be handled by the couple of people doing nothing. Buy on line is a must. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Tell your sales girls to CALM DOWN- i had to say well over 5 times im looking and/or dont want to purchase today, or please dont take the case out i don't need to see it (then she proceeds to take the case out, refusing to listen to me) and i wasnt in the store for long and felt swarmed by blood thirsty sharks, they were so freaking PUSHY they pushed me right out of the store.
