Highly, HIGHLY recommend the Pandora Cares plan for any of your jewelry. I had a stone pop out of my ring, and the warranty allowed me to just replace it in store. Jasmin was SO kind, as well!!
We went in today and honestly the customer service was horrible. I understand it’s busy and holiday season but the associates could be nicer. The one we received was rude and didn’t seem as she wanted to help us. My mom came to return earrings and just to get the credit back since it was a gift. She was doing everything so quick as if she just needed us to be out. She never offered to help look around and claim at the end to do so. Rudeness Pandora I ever been to! Was in line waiting to get registered for my pickup order employees skipped over me took the lady behind me, until another lady told them I was next, still took a minute to get registered. I felt like I was overlooked . I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. Very disappointed 😞
