Pandora can be a rough experience depending on location or person but this location was incredible and Nelly was even better! Truth be told I only planned to look but because of how hospital Nelly was I wanted to buy from her specifically! She was so hopefully coming up with unique combinations for rings and ideas for charms. She explained everything so thoroughly and was so chatty! Felt like I was talking to a friend.

I got the pleasure of being helped by Nelly, she was an absolute dream and helped me with so much advice and wasn’t bothered by having to run back and forth because I was so indecisive with some charms (lol). She was so sweet to me and my mom, so glad I was able to land on a decision with her help!

I love Pandora Oakbrook, the girls were so welcoming and hold great conversations. Both girls who attended me worked so hard to ensure I got everything I needed. Will be coming back for sure.
