Do you wanna be ignored when you enter and given dirty looks when you ask questions? I’ve got just the right location for you! Good luck getting acknowledged. I love pandora but this store single handily makes me want to stop shopping there.
My salesperson (whose name escapes me) at the Oak Brook location was great! She was patient as I looked through tray after tray of charms for my mom’s bracelet. Since it was a birthday gift I wanted it to be special. She worked hard to ensure I was happy and after choosing 4 charms she let me know that they will clean them for free! A fact I was previously unaware of. I will definitely be bringing my mom with me next time to make sure her bracelet and all of her charms are looking their best!
Kaylie was very rude, and made the shopping experience very unpleasant. Horrible customer service. Inappropriately complimented my husband’s watch in front of me. As a retail manager I would never allow this sort of customer service.
I took in earrings that I purchased in January of 2024. They broke 1 week ago. The backing completely broke off as I was wearing them. I walk in. Wasn't even asked my name. I proceeded to tell the associate about my earrings and she states, we'll those are earrings are a retired model and there was nothing they could do.
