I have called 4 times and left a message to schedule a new patient appointment. So far no one has returned my call. Very bad practice. I guess he doesn’t care about his potential patients.
Listened closely to my concerns.
Dr. Pando is so patient with each of his patients. He explains things in a way that non-medical folks can understand. I wish I'd had a Rheumatologist many years ago. He is very knowledgeable. I really like him as a person as well as a doctor.
No call backs when hurting
Inflated egos. Rude reception. Only redeeming quality is that they are close. Not a good enough reason to accept subpar treatment.
Jennifer was great so this review doesn't reflect her. She was great and gave some very helpful tips and really seemed to care. Unfortunately, their policy was for me to see Dr. Pando about six weeks later. He completely dismissed me. He called me fat and said I'm too young to have the autoimmune diseases I have. I have three doctors who have diagnosed me (primary, endocrinologist and neurologist) and they wanted me to see a rheumatologist to help manage my illnesses and the symptoms. My visit was thorough and everyone was so attentive.
I was there to see him & in the beginning I was impressed he was very informative &happy to explain information. However, I kind of felt all the information was overwhelming. This was my 2nd visit to his office but my 1st seeing him. He never even reviewed my chart & didn't even know why I was there. I feel because of my age I was brushed off. I had emailed the office afterward twice with some questions and concerns, heard nothing back. I also called a min 5X and nobody at all has contacted me
