Never answer the phone and never call back. Impossible to get an appointment
I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for over a year now and have always appreciated Kim’s work. However, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. My appointments have been cancelled twice while I was on the way, which I understood due to Kim not being well. But the third time, I was given an appointment, only to arrive and find the salon completely closed, with no prior notice or follow-up. Kim was great. I had just driven from Chicago and desperately needed color cut and style. She fit me into her schedule between clients at the drop of the hat. I looked great...this was back in April.
