Another great experience from Thermador Repair Redwood City! We had a new repairman come out today (as Jeff has moved onto other ventures) and he was every bit as awesome as Jeff was. This was a tough-fix, but Jeremy got our dishwasher working, and at an very reasonable price. Moreover, he was extremely personable and explained what he was doing as he was doing it, so I was fully informed. What a great company to do business with. Thanks again guys!
Yesterday tech from Thermador Repair Redwood City came to look at our 20 year old refrigerator. Rather than making big money on repairing it, he advised it would not be worth it, that we should get a new one. He would not even take money for his visit. He is our new go to guy for all of our appliances. Honest, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend Thermador Repair Redwood City!
The ice/water machine in our fridge was broken and we called Thermador Repair Redwood City. They was on time, very thorough and did a wonderful job with the repair. Also great with follow up when we had questions. Very knowledgable, professional and friendly! Highly recommended.
This is everything you want in an Appliance Service business. Oliver answered his phone, gave me a solid time he would be able to do the job, called ahead the day of to make sure our timeframe still worked. He showed up, ON POINT and ready to go. My refrigerator broke on a Saturday. Thermador Repair Redwood City communication was friendly, professional and prompt. Vito, the gentleman who came to repair, was knowledgeable, timely, respectful and professional. He came that evening. Recommend these guys anytime.
