This was my first time going to Pandamania. Lacy did an amazing job on hair. She listened to me when I told her what I wanted. She was very nice and professional! Everyone was so nice and the building was very clean. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you! ☺️
I have made each of my appointmennts in advance and have always had to wait 10 to 30 minutes for the stylist to finish someone else. The last time I went in I had a 1pm appt. I showed up on time. As I walked in the stylist took someone else back to their chair. Basically in front of my face. She didn't acknowledge me. The receptionist told her I was here. Lacy is super great—been going to her since around the time Pandamania opened & I keep going because she’s so awesome! Her service is impeccable and their prices are freaking fantastic. Everyone who works there is super nice & very hard working. I will definitely be returning! 💕😊
Amanda was the best! She spent time figuring out the best look for me! The other stylist were very fun. Very clean and respectful place! I will defiantly be back!!!
First the quality is impeccable. Their prices are more then fair and they are very transparent upfront. They specialize in colors and perms and fixing other peoples mess ups! They are always cleaning and providing a safe environment. The products they offer are also priced far below several competitors. All the stylist are super talented and knowledgeable.
worst experience ever , came from the first place because of the price and I paid 220% without telling me the price changed. After I paid tried to get a normal estimate for partial highlights and she couldn't estimate. It so ridiculous since I do expect to know how much I am going to pay its not a complicated problem math issue its. feel so deceived. definitely will not return.

I am so sorry you feel that way, I told you the starting price for full highlights and half head then it’s $15 extra for every added bowl of lightner and Toner after one bowl. Obviously people with thick hair or long hair would take more product then others, we are family owned and care a lot about our clients and we don’t mark things up to get more money, my stylist are paid hourly so that I can keep prices down for our clients. Toni did color for my son and did an AWESOME job and was very friendly and thorough. Aly thinned my daughter's hair and I can't say I was as pleased. Seemed inconvenienced the whole time. My daughter has curly hair so it needed straightened so we could see how it looked. Had to ask her twice to do it and she did a half assed job. She also barely washed her hair when she did. Observed her with another client and she was equally as snotty. I dont hold anything against Pandamania, but if you go SEE SOMEONE OTHER THAN ALY!!!
