Panda Roof was first to reply after went through Angi.. Had one other estimate but Panda price included complete tear off and replacement of rolled roof, replace any bad wood, drip edge and replacement of front shingles. Salesman took numerous pictures to show why we needed a complete roof replacement and what their complete replacement included. Other quote was only $300 cheaper and didn't include tear off. Marcus from Panda Roofing came to look at our project dealing with roofing & roof sag. Very impressed describing the different possibilities we could do with shingle & metal roofing. We were surprised that the difference between cost was a lot lower than we thought. Looking at our sag he felt it would be best for us to go with construction company. He went over all details roofing & made recommendation who might contact about the sag. We will definitely give Panda a call when we do our roof replacement.

Marcus was great, he hopped on the roof took pictures/videos, and diagnosed the roof issues. The crew was quick, and they replaced the roof in one day. Everything was back to normal the next morning.
Panda Roof came out and discussed the damage that a fallen 75 year old Spruce tree did to my metal roof. I appreciated the time that their representative took looking at options to repair the damage. He showed me on his tablet what the available material would look like on my roof and gave me a fair price. The work was completed quickly and professionally. I will consider Panda Roof for future projects.
