these guys are on the ball and do everything you expect and more. we have issues with the Polaris and heater, they handled both of them quickly. then we needed a new solar pool cover, they installed it quickly cutting it to conform to the pool shape. High marks from us!
Great people to with
I've been using Dixon Pool Service since 2005. They perform weekly service, maintain the pool and open & close for the season. The service they perform is outstanding. They are very responsive to any situation that might arise including last minute pool cleaning for my special events. We have sold our home and it is with regret that I will not be seeing them during the summer as I have for the past 17 years. I cannot say enough about Thom and Thom Jr. and their great staff. I HIGHLY recommend Dixon Pool Service.
Ordered a simple part. The part I received was defective. the customer service was of no help and did not help me resolve anything. Do not recommend.
We were impressed with our service with Dixon Pool Service and Tom Dixon, the owner, made it special for us. He was able to install a new motor for our pool in record time and followed up with other services afterward with charging only for parts. He offered advice and information that saved us alot of money that we could do ourselves. A great experience.
