We've been using them ever since we bought our house, and they've been wonderful. They taught us how to take care of the pool from the beginning, and have been far and away the absolute best. From openings and closings to replacing equipment and recaulking, they've been prompt and honest. Highly recommend.
Great communication, speedy service, and super helpful. As someone who is new to pool ownership, their team helped me feel more confident that we're taking the necessary steps to make sure our pool is well taken care of.

Tom Dixon Jr and Dixon pool service is a gem. The father taught his son well and is a true professional. I needed new anchors drilled into my new pavers and a new pool cover. Had several estimates. Tom uses better loop loc covers and anchors . Does not complain about the work like all 3 other companies. Its just a cover and some hard work. Not to mention Im a dedicated hvac service tech w over 30 years of service providing positive experiences and they deliver as promised . Dixon Pool Service saved our summer! We usually open our pool ourselves but due to time constraints this spring, we paid another company to open it. Huge mistake!! We had nothing but problems, incompetent service, and missed out on over a month of use of our pool. Dixon was able to solve our pool problems quickly and efficiently and things have been running smoothly ever since. We really appreciate their help and will continue to use them for all our pool service needs.
