People are wonderful! I was there with my Daughter to see my granddaughter and her Friend get pedicures for my granddaughter’s birthday they made sure the girls Got the exact colors and designs that they wanted. 10 minutes after we left my granddaughter‘s toe was stepped on and ruined the polish. I took her back. They immediately took her to the chair redid the nail at no charge. That is above and beyond customer service.
Unfortunately, my entire pedicure consisted of my technician falling a sleep the entire time. Another nail tech, doing another client, chose to laugh about it. She 100% saw it and I guess was okay with it.
Pedi spa is the best.
The customer service was good, but considering the design was so simple—just a touch-up on my natural nail—I feel it was very expensive. It wasn't worth what they charged me. I do not recommend it.
