Not too long ago I got my nails done here, I booked via Instagram which they confirmed the appointment so I didn’t need to call in. So I originally booked two manicures and one pedicure when I walked in at first it seemed fine and normal I sat down for the pedicure while my friend waited for the manicure. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have never once been disappointed! The quality is always amazing. I’m so tough on my nails, yet they still last me 4 weeks every time. They would last longer but I need to keep the length manageable for work.
I came here for my nail appointment, but the experience was very disappointing and unacceptable. First of all, when I arrived, the staff didn’t even know I had a booking. It took more than two hours just for the removal and basic extension prep, which is unreasonable. I had to leave for work, but the service was so slow that I had to ask you to speed up.
