If I had a zero option I’d choose it. I purchased a gift card for my daughter for her birthday gift. The guy at the front desk didn’t know squat how to do it. So he calls out a lady from the back and she takes care of it. But she had a client she was working on. That pulled her out of a paid session. Took away from that experience. Then the day my daughter goes to enjoy her much needed massage they turned it into a fiasco.
