This is the second time we have dined here. Each time the fried foods (like sweet and sour chicken) have had a burnt flavor to them. I suspect it's from using old frying oil. It needs changed. But, the crab puffs are excellent!
This other wise 4 star restaurant serves 5ive star Hot Sour Soup and somewhat local taste adapted and some fairly authentic Chinese food meals in very large portions at prices affordable for their local industrial town customer base. I return for the Hot Sour Soup, Singapore rice and crispy egg rolls.
