My kids bought 3 boba teas there and the boba was rock hard. I don't know if they felt my kids wouldn't know any better or if they always give people uncooked boba but it was seriously disappointing.

the meat and seqfood in the house special chow mein was as follows. 8 small salad shrimp, 6 pieces of chicken, what appeared to be approximately eight pieces of very small beef. Less than 4 oz. and yes....I was shocked and picked apart this $10 meal complete with two 1" slices of asparagus. Very disappointed. Great customer service, however it needs a deep cleaning! The doors coming in and out were full of finger prints, sticky gross handles, the women’s bathroom was yucky! The door in and out sticky, dirty gross. The floor was very dirty, the light switch was dirty, bathroom stalls dirty, they need to do a deep cleaning! I’m glad they had glass to see into the kitchen...
We've eaten here three times and have enjoyed their many offerings. We are very fond of Sizzling Rice Soup. Many other try to make this dish and many fail. Not Panda Garden. Yesterday they had Shrimp Toast as a special. Once again so many try it but few, in my experience, hit it out of the park like Panda Garden.
