Laia offered extraordinarily subpar customer service. Simply requesting my receipt for the rewards and offered no resolutions. No management on site to appropriately address the challenges experienced with the team member. I advise additional 1:1 training regarding appropriate customer service and etiquette. She literally walked away and asked another associate to “deal with this.” 0 of 10.
