I placed an order online and they completely messed it up and didn't give me half my order. I had 3 entrees and only received 2 because they decided to write sorry on the small red boxes and gave me my entrees in it. Then I ordered white rice and they gave me fried rice. I ordered egg rolls and they said they didn't have any but instead of a refund they gave me a coupon. They said they were about to close when it was only 850pm. This is horrible service and I am very upset.
Customer Service was excellent. Shout out to Tasha. I had to wait on an item, and she went above and beyond to make up for the extra long wait that ended up happening. Additionally, the manager answered the phone, prior to my arrival, as I had a question. I greatly appreciated that, because I called a different location, and no one picked up. I do not live anywhere near a Panda Express, sadly, but was across town last week, so I made the drive over and was most pleased. The food was great, too! I hope to be back, again, soon... read more
