Used to love this place. But the last few times service has been poor and attitudes unfriendly. Waited 30 mins in the drive through. Ended up ordering online while waiting. When we finally made it up to the speaker and told the cashier we had ordered online she said it’s not ready come back later… I was kind of confused as there was no time frame or anything on the order just that it wasn’t ready. Unfortunately, i dont look forward to writing bad reviews but I'll lay it out. 1st, we had 7 people and spent hundreds of dollars and so no sample offered. No mushroom chicken but replaced it with other food but left sign there. The chow mein was undercooked and tough. BBQ brisket was overcooked and charge $1.95 extra not worth it. My mother spoke to them but no refund or gift card of any kind given so it's hard to justify a return but i know everyone can have a bad day! Approach with realistic expectations is all i can say.
