I had an excellent experience with Panda Contractors with a new metal roof after the October 2024 tornado. Juan gave an excellent presentation with photos & exact specifications of the work to be done. The price was competitive and during the process the communication with Cory in the office and Kiki the project manager was excellent. I highly recommend Panda Contractors.
Juan from Panda came to my home and quoted me what I thought was a fair price for a new roof for my house and stand alone garage. I got 5 bids from contractors. Panda came in middle of the pack. But only slightly higher than the second lowest bidder. I based my decision on past experience with Panda contracting. It did take a couple of weeks for the work crew to get to our job.
