Someone told me Pancita is the best Mexican food in Seattle. I had to see about it myself. I left agreeing with them. The interior makes you feel as though an old family friend invited you over for dinner, and you know it’s about to be good. Shout out to our server Chase, the hospitality throughout the meal was unmatched. As a group of six celebrating a special occasion, we felt comfortable and the staff was attentive. This menu will send your taste buds on an adventure but some foods were too spicy for those at my table that didnt like spicy...I however LOVED it!!
Probably the best fish I’ve had in a longggg while. Gas!
What a delicious meal with excellent service in an inviting setting. We especially loved the garnachas, the chorizo-stuffed trout, and the churros. I also could’ve drank a gallon of the piña para la niña mocktail, so good. No doubt we’ll be back, especially with friends who love Mexican food.
