My family eats here often but honestly, if we could eat Pancho's every day I certainly would!! I moved to Taylor county in 2021 and after trying Poncho's for the first time I don’t even consider that there are other Mexican Restaurants in Campbellsville. My wife and I recently moved to Campbellsville, and as big fans of authentic Mexican food, we’ve been on the hunt for our new favorite spot. We had tried a few other Mexican restaurants around town, and while they were good, nothing really stood out to us. Then we stopped by Poncho’s on a whim, and we were honestly blown away. Lived in Campbellsville for 2 years and this was by far the best Mexican authentic Mexican restaurant ever the fact they don't sell alcohol made the experience even better not to say anything negative but the atmosphere was nice and a safe area
Th food and service was absolutely amazing! The store was clean. The food had so much flavor! I got the chicken chimichanga, husband got fajita chimichanga mixed with steak and chicken, son got steak fajita and granddaughter got cheese quesadilla with fries.
