Went to Ponchos two weeks ago. Ordered one cheese and one beef enchilada. Cut into the beef enchilada and a bunch of water came out with very little beef that tasted horrible. Waitress brought just a small handful of chips for two people with no queso or salsa. Desert bar had about five choices. This was the first time I had been back there in about 4 years. Will never go there again for the rest of my life.
We have always enjoyed Pancho's. This is one of our favorite places to eat. We come here when ever we come to town since 1972.
In my opinion the friendliness of the staff speaks volumes for a restaurant - I appreciated the "personal touch".
Our server was a very pleasant person. Made the experience well worth it. Food excellent also.
