I had a very disappointing experience at Pancho Villa in Ottawa. I ordered the chicken chimichanga, and unfortunately the chicken was undercooked. More than 24 hours later, I am still suffering from a stomach ache. Undercooked chicken is a serious food safety concern and should never be served. I hope the restaurant reviews its food preparation procedures to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
Wonderful ambiance, waiter, and food!
The food was subpar and they got one of the orders wrong but the most disappointing part was the horrible customer service. We’ve never experienced anything like this in an Ottawa restaurant! This might not on the individual waitress but could be restaurant policy but we felt extremely rushed throughout out dinner even if the place was practically empty and it was still early in the evening.
